Membership Requirements
For a full membership, 100 hours of permanent makeup training (65 hours of classroom) is
necessary. Emergency First Aid and CPR C with AED is recommended as well. Existing
practitioners who do not have the requisite training hours need to provide verification that
they have performed 40 permanent makeup services.

Join now! Send your name, address, phone number, place of employment, type of
membership desired, and whether you are willing to mentor an apprentice, either part-time or
full-time, now or at some future date. Invoicing will follow.
If you are applying for full membership, copies of your training certificate(s) and, if
applicable, verification of work performed will be required with payment. A Certificate
attesting to membership will be sent to you on receipt of payment.
